5. Booking Confirmation & Amendments

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via our contact form. Refunds are processed according to the policy applicable to your booking, and may take 7–14 business days.

• Non-refundable services will be clearly marked, and no refunds will be issued for such bookings.
